The Jumpstart package provides an introduction to EFT, with a focus on healing single troublesome events, grief support, job stressors, reduce or eliminate unwanted habits, etc. An historical questionaire provides an opportunity to specify and target identified areas to work on together. With the JUMPSTART package you can expect to bring resolution to 1-3 specifically identified traumas of your choosing. (3 sessions)

Actualize & Restoration both include a more in-depth questionnaire that encourages sharing details of past stressors and traumas leading up to your current life circumstances. Together we create a plan to peel back the layers of stress, and ACTUALIZE the specific healing targets. Reflective consideration provides a deepe

Actualize & Restoration both include a more in-depth questionnaire that encourages sharing details of past stressors and traumas leading up to your current life circumstances. Together we create a plan to peel back the layers of stress, and ACTUALIZE the specific healing targets. Reflective consideration provides a deeper level of discovery allowing you to release past traumas, triggers, and stressors that will result in RESTORATION and a sense of internal freedom. These packages offer the ability to work on 3-5 specific incidents of trauma or historical events. (5 sessions)

An EFT Intensive starts with an initial 30 minute session to gather information, an explanation of the Life Questionnaire (LQ) and answer any initial questions you might have about the intensive.

A Trauma Release Intensive is for you IF you are ready to release past traumas, stressors, residual after effects of multiple life experience. Examples might include family of origin issues, childhood trauma, domestic violence, physical abuse, emotional neglect, refugee or immigration experience.
